I was looking through your blog a bit and I saw that you said you are teetering on needing help but not wanting it because you want to be skinny. Talk to someone who cares about you! Don't let food control you and how you feel about your body. 700-800 calories before working out is not enough to feed your body and eating more won't make you gain weight. There are girls on here that eat 2000+ calories and they look amazing! You're beautiful and you don't need to starve yourself. <3
